MEDICINE AND SURGERY (MBBS)

We aim to give our students a solid foundation of knowledge and skills to prepare them for a rich and rewarding career in medicine and surgery. You will be exposed to a wide range of courses that touch upon different areas of medical specialization such as Paediatrics, Obstetrics, Dermatology, Gynaecology, Ophthalmology, Orthopaedics, Radiology, Psychiatry, Surgery, Forensic Medicine, Anaesthesia, Microbiology, Parasitology, Pharmacology, and Biochemistry. This will allow you to explore and specialize later in your career based on your interests.  

Entry Requirements

• Candidates must have at least 5 O’level credits, including English, in no more than 2 sittings.
• O’Level subjects: English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• UTME subjects: English, Physics, Biology, Chemistry.

A graduate of Medicine and Surgery may work as a Surgeon, Physician, Paediatrician, Obstetrician, Dermatologist, Gynaecologist, Ophthalmologist, Orthopaedist, Radiologist, Psychiatrist, Optometrist, Cardiologist, etc.
