Margaret Lawrence University is proud to announce a landmark achievement in its academic journey. Following a rigorous visitation exercise, the National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted full accreditation status to all programs under the College of Medicine and Health Sciences.
This accreditation covers Medicine & Surgery (MBBS), Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Physiotherapy, and Radiography. This milestone serves as a testament to the university's commitment to providing world-class medical education backed by state-of-the-art facilities at both our Galilee and Abuja campuses.
A Commitment to Excellence
Speaking on the development, the Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Ernest Izevbigie, described the accreditation as a validation of the huge investment the Founder, Mr. Paul Odili, has made into infrastructure and human capital.
"Our goal is not just to produce graduates, but to nurture medical professionals who can compete with their counterparts anywhere in the world. This NUC approval gives us the wings to fly."
With this development, MLU is poised to increase its admission quota for the next academic session, offering more opportunities for aspiring medical students to achieve their dreams in a conducive learning environment.
